Greetings From Hell!!

Day 2 of my two-week vacation and I seriously couldn't tell you what's happened over the past 6 days because I've been sick as a fucking dog!! All I know is that my number one New Year's resolution, even though I *never* do the resolution thing, is to find me a girlfriend. 'Cuz Sick While Single...SUCKS!!! See, a girlfriend would have told me to call in sick rather than go to work. Would have told me to go to the doctor when my fever soared past the century mark, or you know, traveling on a plane might not have been the best idea. See, it's not the potential lifelong companionship, or sex on a regular basis that I'm necessarily looking for. It's the slap on the head to remind me that I'm a fucking idiot and a couple Tylenol's and a Snapple doesn't cure the fucking flu!!

*sigh* The good news is I'm feeling better. And I should be writing again, now that I have the time to finish all those WiP's I started eons ago. So, heh, which one should I finish first - Butch vs. Blonde in Paradise, the further adventures of Sawyer and Keller, or Sassy!!!!

Word! Though in my case, I'd need someone to thump me out of the bed. I love playing for sympathy. As new year resolutions go, that's a good one to have. Glad you're feeling better, hon.

If you travel on a plane with a fever then you definitely do need a girlfriend, or maybe a tv style sweet as apple pie grandmother to cook you chicken broth and ask if you're wearing a thermal vest. I guess, all things considered, a girlfriend is more multi-purpose. So good luck with the search.

Amazingly enough, I did. Although, the last few paragraphs were basically a synopsis of what was supposed to happen and I know I'm going to cringe when I get a chance to look at all of it again without the fever induced delirium, still, it's done and I can go back to writing all that other girl-on-girl porn I'm supposed to be working on!!

The only good thing about flying on a plane with a fever was the cheap visceral thrill I got from knowing I was infecting the entire family of five with 3 loud ass boys keeping me from sleeping!!

I was thrilled to see you had a blog. You may or may not remember me from the BOP slash yahoo group ages ago. I was posting there as Italiangirl. I've been lurking around your blog here for awhile and wanted to delurk today.

Sorry to hear you've been sick, glad you're feeling better. I'm the biggest holiday dork ever, and xmas in NYC sends my romantic sentimentality through the roof. As a result (and while my partner spends her day w/her family in Harlem) I was getting my fanfic on. I've been in a BOP slash mood lately, and just finished re-reading the Harvest and then reading Tangled Web for the first time. WOW! Edge of your seat stuff, as always. Noone writes suspense and action sequences like you and Janine over at Pink Rabbit. Seriously.

At the end of Tangled Web you set up some interesting sequel plots with Reese and Carolyn Lance. Did you ever write a sequel to that series? If not, could you maybe possibly hit me back with a nice spoilery email with where you were going with that? What's up with Carolyn? Is she playing for the dark side, or double agent-ing it again?
