Because the weekend's coming up, I have to work and I know I'm going to be bored out of my skull looking for something to do, I thought I'd try something new. Plus, I need some inspiration for my Epic Proportions fic, which I still haven't started, 'cuz the last thing I want is an angry ralst showing up on my doorstep!!

Is there a story you've wanted to read but never had the time, didn't know the author or were unfamiliar with the fandom? Well, here's your chance. Give me a fic and *I'll* read it and review it on my LJ - any fandom, any story (and no you can't suggest your own fic 'cuz that would be cheating). First five responders/fics get read and the reviews will be posted on Monday. And, yes, I'll actually *do* this, unlike the bajillion other things I keep bringing up and forgetting to post about.

You're right to be afraid, an angry ralst is a scary thing *g*.

And this is where I curse my lousy memory, as I cannot think of a single fic to suggest, but I'll give it some thought and see if something works loose.

This is a story (or series of stories) that I've been told by several people is very good, but somehow I can't bring myself to read. It might be the page set up or the fact I associate the writer with J/7 (shudder) but I've never got further than the second line.

Ooh, that should be interesting. I remember GL from all the way back in my Xena days. I know I liked her Voyager stuff even though, at some point, I became disinterested when I meandered to the next fandom that caught my eye.
